Steave Cox, owner, builder, and over seer of every project, grew up in the small town of Paradise, CA. I was first interested in the art of construction at a very early age. I watched as my father built beautiful custom homes in and around the area. I was intrigued by the perfection and the time he took to make sure every detail was taken into consideration, and each customer was completely satisfied with the final design. My Father educated me at the importance of integrity and honesty in not only my work, but my daily walk in life. At the age of 16 I began working along side my Father and finally understood his passion and experienced the joy of working with customers such as yourself. My desire is to "Turn Your Dreams Into Reality!" I have been in the construction business since 1985 and have mastered the craftsmanship of designing and building custom homes. I work closely with you to make sure every detail of your dream home or project is taken into consideration. Another Generation Following In The Family Footsteps I have 3 sons who have followed in my footsteps, working beside me, learning the perfection and craftsmanship of my work. I taught them to take pride in every step of the building process, and to treat your home as if it was their own.
